About the role
The Principal Registrar performs the role of a Registrar of the court, provides leadership, mentoring and support to the other Registrars of the court and is responsible for ensuring quality and cost effective services are provided by Family Court of Western Australia. The position is the main point of contact for advice on legal matters and other issues affecting the operations of the court.
The development of relationships and liaison with key groups within and outside of the court is an essential component of the role.
We are seeking a Legal Practitioner of not less than 5 years’ experience admitted or eligible to be admitted to practice in Western Australia. Extensive knowledge of family court procedures and processes is essential.
