About the Role
The incumbent of this role will be responsible for managing road network performance requirements and developing and implementing operational solutions to optimise the performance of the road network. Working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders will be a critical aspect of this role and you will expected to play a key role in the Region’s leadership team.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with comprehensive skill, knowledge and experience within operational asset management or road network operations or planning. A core component of this position will be liaising with various stakeholders to achieve effective community engagement and to maintain positive operational partnerships. You will demonstrate the capacity to negotiate and facilitate with external stakeholders and the capacity to develop strong working relationships. You will be required to meet regional and business objectives by utilising strong leadership and people management skills to guide a diverse network management team.
