About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project/Contract Manager Structures to join our Wheatbelt Region, based in our award winning and modern office in Northam.
This role will manage, develop and deliver a range of concrete and timber structures (bridges) and other infrastructure construction and maintenance projects and contracts across the Region.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and high quality through effective project scoping, concept and detailed design, preparation of project plans, managing surveys, investigation, preparation of tender documentation and managing tendering processes.
Undertaking delegated contract management duties as appointed (e.g. Superintendent’s Representative), financial and other reporting duties are also key requirements of the role.
About You
We are seeking a candidate with a proven background in structures design, construction, maintenance or refurbishment. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in successfully managing multiple projects and contracts, including human and financial resources within project deadlines.
As our customers are important to us, you will need to demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels and foster strong working relationships and interfaces with stakeholders. Substantial negotiation and problem solving experience will also see you succeed in this role.
