Applicants must :
- Be eligible for registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Be a new graduate who has not previously participated in a Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program.
- Not have worked more than 1976 hours as an Enrolled Nurse prior to date of application.
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia, or, citizen of New Zealand.
- Have completed nursing studies after February 28 2017.
Preference for interview and appointment will be given to local Western Australian Graduates with Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.

Job Description:
Registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN) requires you to meet the Nursing Midwifery Board Australia (NMBA) mandatory registration standards. ENs are required to practise within the relevant NMBA approved standards, codes, guidelines and frameworks.
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in the delivery of evidence based nursing care within the practice setting.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the Quality Improvement Cycle and patient safety initiatives.
