Landgate’s Graduate Program is a structured program over 12 months. Joining a public sector agency renowned for innovative practices, you will gain practical knowledge and experience across several business areas, laying the foundation for a successful career in the public sector.
Successful graduates will work on a variety of projects across the business which make use of your individual qualifications, skills, experience and interests. Additionally, you will work with people who value collaboration, flexibility and innovation.
During the program you will be supported by an experienced mentor in the business, participate in a tailored professional development program (both on and off the job), build networks with current and past graduates from within Landgate and across the public sector, and have access to our extensive wellbeing program.

Aboriginal Graduates will have access to a number of support options throughout the program, including informal mentoring with other Aboriginal staff, and access to our Employee Assistance Program – a free, confidential counselling service provided for you and your eligible family members, paid for by Landgate.

To be part of our program, you will need a Bachelor degree or higher, that was completed in 2016, 2017 or 2018. Graduates across all disciplines are welcome to apply.

Vacancies will be offered on a full time or part time fixed term basis. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in the next 12 months, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.
The recommended applicant will be required to provide a current National Police Clearance prior to offer of appointment that is less than six months old. It is the responsibility of the applicant to incur all costs associated with a Police Clearance.
