About the Role
The Infrastructure Delivery Directorate Business Administration team are seeking a Business Support Officer to provide executive support to the Executive Director and business management support to senior management across the directorate.
This role will see you provide a range of business support services including, but not limited to coordinating responses to ministerial correspondence, parliamentary questions and preparation of briefing notes; maintaining and updating information for a variety of reporting; assisting with project resource procurement; maintaining the fixed assets for the directorate and providing daily support for the Executive Director.
About You
As the successful candidate you will have previous experience in a business support role and be able to demonstrate your well-developed organisational skills and your ability to meet work schedules and deadlines. You will have strong written communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and demonstrate previous application of administrative policies, procedures and systems in a business environment.
