About the Role
The Business Services Officer provides business management services and support to the Property Management Branch.
This role will see you provide a range of business support services including, but not limited to processing and payment of accounts, processing photographic ID cards and maintain security applications, maintain and update the Property Management Information System and Events Booking System, provide information and support for air travel and provide service to visitors at the Don Aitken Centre reception.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in financial management and reporting principles, practices and systems and business, administration and clerical support. You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate an ability to deliver a high level of customer service and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
