Business Services Coordinator
This is a full-time Fixed Term position for a period of up to 12 months.

About the Role
We have an opportunity in our busy Kimberley regional office for an experienced business professional to join our team as the Business Service Co-ordinator.
This is a critical role responsible for providing effective co-ordination of the region’s accounting, contract administration and procurement tasks. The successful applicant will also assist with budget and program development, forecasting and financial reporting as well as a range of other business services functions that support the Kimberley Region’s Business Manager.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to undertake a key business role and develop your career within a large dynamic organisation in a spectacular part of Western Australia.
About You
We are looking for the perfect individual that has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As our stakeholders are important to us, the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders is critical to your success in this role.
You will also need sound skills and experience in financial management and contract administration, including the ability to maintain accurate and up to date financial and accounting records. A budgeting background is desired to assist in the preparation of regional budgets and business planning as well as effective problem-solving and written communication skills.
