About the Role
The Kimberley Region are seeking an experienced and motivated person to undertake the important role of Maintenance Manager, based in the region’s Derby Office.
The successful person will manage maintenance resources, including subcontractors, to deliver maintenance works and programs and report on the delivery of the maintenance works program. This role is also responsible for the review, update and implementation of the Regional Maintenance Management Plans and will collaborate with the Network Manager in the preparation of Routine and Periodic Maintenance Program and Ten Year Network Delivery Plan.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have substantial expertise in road maintenance planning, practice and delivery in a rural environment and proven experience in managing staff and resources required to deliver the road maintenance program in the challenging environment of the Kimberley Region. You will have well developed project and contract management skills and your ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders will be critical in this role.

Please also submit a statement outlining your comprehensive skill, knowledge and experience in the following three (3) criteria in no more than three (3) pages:
- road maintenance planning and delivery
- road maintenance practice including resurfacing and rehabilitation treatments and practices
- directly managing maintenance and capital works
