About the Role
Workforce Development are currently seeking a team member to work effectively as part of their small and dynamic team, providing specialist support to various stakeholders in the development and management of programs that build workforce capability, with particular attention on our Graduate and Development Employee programs. The role will provide guidance and advice to managers in regards to learning and development solutions and will develop and implement operational strategies for our Graduates and Trainees (Development Employees), managing their recruitment, retention, placement and performance throughout the program.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will be enthusiastic and driven with demonstrated experience in the implementation and co-ordination of learning and development programs and/or graduate programs for a large and multi-disciplinary organisation. You will have strong research, analytical and problem solving skills with a highly organised approach to project co-ordination. You enjoy taking on different projects and challenges and are versatile; assisting with other Workforce Development projects as required. Your ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships will be critical to this role.
