Position Profile: The Kimberley Mental Health and Drug Service (KMHDS) are recruiting for the role of Consultant – Psychiatrist (Child and Adolescent).
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the Consultant – Psychiatrist is accountable for the clinical management of child and adolescent patients, including families and carers, of the KMHDS. The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership, assessment, treatment, liaison and consultation service for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) team, assume clinical responsibility for CAMHS staff, practice and standards in patient management, and provide supervision, training and instruction to junior medical staff and medical students, and act as a member of the management team.
