Routine Maintenance Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with comprehensive skills to join our Metropolitan Team based in Victoria Park. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a collaborative and high performing team. This role is crucial within the Metropolitan Region and is required to plan and manage the delivery of the approved Routine Maintenance Programs and directly manage the Metropolitan Network Contract’s scheduling of routine maintenance and works teams. This position provides advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders with regards to routine maintenance matters and works programs.
About You
As the successful incumbent you will be able to demonstrate comprehensive skill, knowledge and experience in road maintenance planning and delivery and be experienced in a variety of road maintenance practices including resurfacing and rehabilitation. Your strong project and contract management skills and ability to manage resources will be critical to ensure successful development and delivery of routine maintenance and the management of contracts.
