Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and skilled Executive Assistant with excellent computer, secretarial and administrative skills to work in the Family Law Division as the Executive Assistant to the Director of Family Law. On a day-to-day basis you will provide a high standard of secretarial and administrative support to the Director, and be responsible for the supervision and development of the secretarial team. This varied role is ideal for somebody with well developed organisational skills who thrives in a large team environment.
The successful applicant will possess significant secretarial and administrative experience and a high level working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. An ability to self-manage, be proactive in the development and maintenance of effective administrative systems and adapt to changing priorities is essential. In addition the successful candidate will be committed to supporting and developing teams to provide a quality service.
Whilst previous experience in a legal setting is desirable, candidates should also apply if they have suitable secretarial and administrative experience in another field.

This selection process will be initially used to fill the above vacancy and it may also be used to fill other specified vacancies throughout our organisation.
