Road Corridor Planning Manager
About the Role
As a Road Corridor Planning Manager you will be managing land development applications , their effects on the road network and the conditions for approval. Also within your scope of responsibility is controlling the use of the road reserve corridor for other than road purposes. In this role you will have the opportunity to review and comment on road corridor planning policy, standards and guidelines and contribute to our Network Plan, Asset Link Plans, Ten Year Road Program and Annual Road Plan. You will therefore need strong practical experience in interpreting and applying the relevant Acts and Legislation involved in land use planning.
You will have advanced negotiation skills and be at ease in providing specialist advice to a variety of stakeholders. You will be solution focussed with boundless problem solving skills, a methodical research approach with an ability to critically analyse information. Synonymous with this role is an ability to establish and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
