About the Role
In this role you will be responsible for providing a specialist industrial relations advisory service to the business in order to achieve workplace and industrial relations reform. This includes the development and implementation of employee relations strategies, policies and programs, as well as managing the resolution of complex industrial relations matters. You will be relied on for your expert advice as the industrial relations specialist and will consult, negotiate and represent Main Roads on matters at internal and external forums.
