Project/ Maintenance Manager
About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Project/Maintenance Manager to join our Kimberley team. The successful incumbent will be based in Derby and will be a part of an integrated team dedicated to providing our customers with a safe, reliable and sustainable road based transport system.
The Project/Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the management of medium sized projects and the coordination of the delivery of the Annual Routine and Periodic Maintenance Program. The role will see you manage the scoping, project development, design and delivery of projects and monitor performance of maintenance processes and activities.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in road and/or bridge design, construction and maintenance and experience in managing resources and achieving project deadlines. You will be a strong team operator with the ability to build positive working relationships. Your expertise in road and/or bridge construction and project and contract management will ensure a high standard of project delivery is achieved and your success will result from your ability to focus on and develop positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
