The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) is recruiting for a Pool of Client Liaison Officers to join our Client Services Division. The Pool will be open for a period of twelve (12) months from the finalisation of the recruitment process. Permanent, casual, fixed-term, full-time and part-time appointments will be offered as vacancies arise at our locations in Karrakatta, Pinnaroo & Fremantle.

What does the job entail?
As a Client Liaison Officer, you will be focused on providing a high level of customer service in line with MCB’s values of Compassion, Respect, Understanding and Integrity. You will have good listening skills to understand our clients' needs in order to provide them with accurate and relevant information.
You will quickly develop a good working knowledge of the Board's services, policies and procedures and be able to interpret and apply the relevant legislation. You will be well supported during training.
