As part of the significant change affecting the Western Australian Public Sector, agencies are revising their business processes and adopting state of the art systems and technology. These agencies store and handle a wide variety of sensitive information that is subject to independent scrutiny.
You could be part of the Office of the Auditor General which has a world-wide reputation for excellence and is a key source of independent and objective information for Parliament and the community.
The Information Systems Branch recently tabled its 2016 report on information systems across the Western Australian State Public Sector which has over 190 entities and combined assets of over $218 billion and expenditure in excess of $48 billion and 138,400 employees.

Ideal applicants for these positions will have between 3 and 10 years of experience in IT operations, business continuity, information and cyber security, risk, and change management and:
- be self-managed, team oriented people
- have excellent verbal communication skills in client liaison
- strong written communication skills
- experience in current information technology.
Two full time positions are available for immediate filling. These positions may be filled on a permanent, fixed-term contract or secondment arrangement. Other suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool. This pool will run for a period of 6 months and may be used to fill other similar fixed-term and permanent vacancies. Please note that being placed in the pool does not guarantee your placement in a position.
