
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As a School Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our school, ideally you will be experienced, have a friendly, positive and caring attitude; be self-motivated and organised. The suitable applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills as they will need to work as part of the friendly office team in a busy and dynamic school environment. Our students, staff and the wider community are a priority for the school so liaising respectfully and positively, at all times, is an important aspect of the role.
Ideally applicants will be experienced in using Schools Information System (SIS) Administration, Enrolments, RM Finance, RM Billing, Assets and Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS), Faults, Connect, Passtab, Qkr!, Comppass and MS Office suite of programs and have website experience.
You will ideally have an excellent focus on teamwork, show initiative, be solution focussed and have outstanding customer service and administrative support. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and being able to work with minimal supervision, or independently is desirable. The flexibility to move between tasks and deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment is also highly desirable.
As School Officer, your duties may include assisting the Manager Corporate Services to maintain the financial position of the school; and collaborating with all staff on daily operations with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
