Belridge Secondary Education Support Centre (ESC) is a secondary school that caters for students with disabilities from Year 7 to Year 12. We are located on the same site as Belridge Secondary College and together, we have developed a positive relationship focused on supporting students and families. We work cohesively together under our shared ethos of “Two Schools - One Community”. The Role

Belridge Secondary ESC is seeking an experienced, motivated, innovative, and compassionate Manager of Corporate Services to join our leadership team. This appointment will initially cover a period of leave with the possibility of extension and/or permanency. Starting date is negotiable and there will be time available for a suitable handover prior to commencing in the role.

As the Manager Corporate Services (MCS), you will be responsible for the delivery of quality corporate services including financial, physical and human resources processes of the school. The MCS oversees the business operations, and works with the leadership team to recruit, supervise and manage school support staff. This involves working closely and collaboratively with the Principal and School leadership team. The MCS works as an integral part of the Leadership team with a focus on, school and student administration, financial management, human resource management, buildings and asset management, information and communication technology management, promotions and public relations.

The successful applicant will ideally be experienced in using the Schools Resourcing System and have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic leader and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. To be successful in this role you should have the ability to manage change where improvements are identified and possess high level interpersonal skills which enable the development of positive relationships across the school. You should be able to work across all areas of school administration and a knowledge of the challenges and rewards of providing education services to students with special educational needs would be a benefit. Compassion and understanding of the need to work effectively with diverse groups of staff, students, families and the wider community is a highly desirable component of the role.
