We are seeking to establish a pool of Teachers, both Primary and Specialist, for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Hammond Park Primary School (PS) is an Independent Public School that caters for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. The school is located in Hammond Park, south of Perth, in the City of Cockburn. Our school motto 'Learning Together Every Day' symbolises our commitment towards our school community and each other. Our teachers are collaborative, reflective, data driven and guided by research. The Role

We are actively seeking primary classroom and specialist teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills, who should have a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with students, parents and colleagues. As a primary teacher you would promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and routines, while nurturing students' social and emotional development. We are seeking specialist teachers for the learning areas of Visual Arts, Music and Physical Education.

Ideally, you will exhibit exemplary teaching skills, aligning practice to our Instructional Model, and a commitment to collaboration. Our school is an environment characterised by whole-school connected practice, collaborative team structures, and a commitment to reflective ongoing professional growth is highly valued. You will be supported through a thorough induction program and an embedded culture of Coaching.

As a member of our team, you would leverage evidence-based teaching strategies to design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with our Instructional Model. Application of differentiation to meet diverse student needs is highly valued, along with proficiency in utilising various assessment tools to inform progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide future classroom planning.
