The Role

The successful applicant should provide advice on technical issues and collaborate with administration to maintain and develop the network system. They will offer support and training to all users, including students and staff, throughout the school site on various software applications and monitor access to systems and resources.

Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with a diverse range of people will be important for success in this role. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of information systems, asset records and ICT equipment as per the school business needs and Department of Education policies and guidelines. Basic knowledge of system configurations for both Windows and MacOS devices, with the ability to assist in troubleshooting network connectivity on both platforms is desirable.
