This is a permanent, part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2025

The Role

As a Design and Technology Assistant, a key responsibility would be preparing the classrooms and workshops to enable the teacher to instruct students effectively. In addition, preparing specialised equipment and materials and provide operational advice for design and technology workshops, classes and demonstrations.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of Design and Technology subjects relevant to secondary schools.
    • Demonstrated good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
