Halls Head College (HHC) is an Independent Public School which caters for the very diverse needs of students. Our Mission is to 'nurture lifelong learners who contribute positively to the community' and by working in partnership with our parents, students and broader community we ensure each of our students are equipped with the skill set, knowledge and capabilities to be active and positive citizens, achieving success beyond Years 7 to 12.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, as our School Officers are key contributors to creating a welcoming and efficient school environment.

Depending on the area of placement, responsibilities may include front-desk reception duties, maintaining accurate student enrolment and attendance data, generating absenteeism reports, supporting the daily functions of Student Services, assisting with communication processes, and performing general administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency.

Experience with Department of Education systems such as RM Billing, Consent2Go, School Online Booking System (SOBS), Reporting to Parents, HRMIS, RM Finance, and Compass will be highly regarded, though not essential for all roles.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, contributing to the smooth operation of our school’s administration. Flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to learn will be highly valued.
