Since opening in 2012 with 480 students, our school has grown and evolved, reaching nearly 1000 students at its peak. Today, we serve approximately 420 students, supported by a dedicated team of 50 staff. We also host the Meadow Springs Education Support Centre, which provides support for an additional 70 students, with 60 staff. Both schools proudly share the mantra, ‘Two Schools, One Community’.

The Role
Meadow Springs PS is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Deputy Principal (DP) to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator with strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to plan, deliver, and continually improve a guaranteed and viable curriculum, grounded in data-informed decision-making and evidence-based best practices.
- Leading and managing school improvement initiatives, driving change and innovation to ensure the strategic goals outlined in the Business Plan are reflected in classroom practices and planning.
- Monitoring and supporting student progress, ensuring that academic, social, and emotional needs are met through effective case management.
- Building strong partnerships with families, organizations, and external services to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
