The Role
As a school psychologist with the Mid West Education Region, you will be joining a dynamic team of psychologists, from early career through to many years of experience. While you will be employed with the Mid West Education Region team, you may be working in various schools across the Geraldton location. We’re looking for a psychologist, with a strong focus on professional learning communities and collegiality.

Your expertise will drive the implementation of contemporary psychological practices and innovative programs that foster positive outcomes for students, schools, and the broader education system.
As a Lead School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in managing complex issues, providing expert advice on emergency and critical incident responses, and influencing systemic change through collaboration with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include monitoring compliance with professional standards, supporting inter-agency partnerships, and ensuring the effective deployment of resources.
