The Role
The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate, motivated and skilled educator who is committed to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child, every day, through our whole school approaches, explicit teaching and instructional strategies.
It is highly desirable that the successful applicant is committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community. They should possess a strong capacity to plan challenging and engaging play-based and investigative learning experiences using an excellent understanding of the Western Australian Curriculum, the Kindergarten Curriculum Guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The successful applicant will ideally have knowledge of the PreLit and InitiaLit program from the MultiLit suite and the Explicit Mathematics Program (EMP).
We are seeking an applicant who is innovative and possesses high quality teaching skills and knowledge and is willing to learn and develop alongside our school.
