The Role
We are looking for proactive, supportive, and versatile School Officers who ideally have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
The successful applicants should be self-motivated, capable of working independently with initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities for these roles encompass various functional areas within the school's corporate services, including human resource processes, financial processes, buildings and asset management, community engagement, and student administration.
Flexibility is a key requirement for all positions, offering applicants the opportunity to work across all functional areas of the school.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment
