The ICT Operations and Customer Service Directorate is the heart of delivering quality ICT services to staff in administration areas and schools. As the primary entry point for ICT support, we ensure that schools, staff, and students receive timely, effective responses to operational issues, requests, and challenges. In many ways, we are the ‘face’ of ICT, and we take pride in upholding the highest standards of customer service and technical excellence.
The Role
In this vital position, you will:
- Support schools and corporate stakeholders by delivering innovative ICT solutions along with responsive, high quality ICT process management services.
- Play a key role in ensuring our corporate systems and online services enable staff and schools to thrive in their unique contexts.

- Demonstrated considerable understanding of technical issues in best practice IT service management, including the ability to translate technical requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.
- Demonstrated highly developed problem management skills, including the ability to identify problems and provide strategies to address them.
- Demonstrated considerable understanding of common issues affecting end users and ability in the management of such issues.
- Demonstrated significant skills and experience in the provision of information technology services in a large corporate or government environment.
