The Role
MNCC is seeking to appoint a teacher of the Noongar language to join their school community. The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate and dedicated educator, highly motivated to work in a collaborative team environment. They should provide students with a purposeful and engaging learning experience to develop their skills, knowledge, and understandings related to Languages, supported by a variety of approaches to learning.
The successful applicant will ideally have the ability to immerse students, in both an understanding of the language and the development of Aboriginal culture as well as providing a consistent, integrated and inclusive learning program, which engages and motivates students. Also, the successful applicant will ideally possess excellent interpersonal skills and be highly proficient in classroom management.
