The Role
Student Support Coordinators will assist in the day to day running of a variety student support programs and initiatives and should ensure an effective and responsive service for students. Working within a dynamic Student Services team, Student Support Coordinator should oversee attendance and engagement processes, as well as community supports, social and emotional learning programs, and 1:1 or small group support for tier 2 students at educational risk. Student Support Coordinators work closely with members of the Student Services term to provide unparalleled pastoral care and student support.
To ensure high quality outcomes for students, Student Support Coordinators will ideally possess exceptional interpersonal skills to develop supportive and professional links between students, families, the college, and other appropriate agencies in the community.

- Demonstrated skills and experience in working with individual or small groups of students who are experiencing difficulties.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the youth sector, particularly local organisations and services
