This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 1, 2025

The Role
The successful applicant should assist in administering the operation of school databases, records and management information systems, undertakes student-related activities including incursion, excursion, school carnivals, including providing information, advice and collecting documentation for enrolment of new students.
This role includes front office duties and working alongside and assisting the Manager Corporate Services with administration and financial duties. The successful applicant should focus on teamwork, self-motivation and model effective customer and administrative support service delivery by maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful applicant will ideally have good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.

- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
