The Role
The successful applicant should have a thorough understanding of how to apply customer service principles and practices and ideally possess excellent communication and clerical skills to work in collaboration with our administrative team. They will ideally have strong organisational skills, the flexibility to move between tasks and deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a complex and fast paced environment. As a School Officer you will undertake reception duties including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information in an efficient and friendly manner.
Additionally, your duties will include assisting the Manager Corporate Services to maintain the financial position of the school and collaborating with all staff on daily operations with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. You should also possess a positive approach to the role and the ability to learn new skills and processes when needed. In addition, you will support student-related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages such as, SIS (School Information System), RM Billing, HRMIS (Human Resource Management System) and Microsoft Suite to complete your daily work. Experience in Compass would be highly favourable.
