The Role

We are seeking a highly professional educator to join our team as our Curriculum and School Improvement Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the continued implementation of our Whole School Improvement journey, partnering with Fogarty Edvance. The successful applicant will have a proven history of successful change management in schools, linked to highly-developed interpersonal skills that take our staff and families on the journey to a stronger school.

Key portfolios linked to this position include

  • Liaison with Fogarty Edvance and development of School Strategic Directions documents
  • Management of the Middle Leaders’ Team, overseeing portfolios and supporting these leaders to progress their key initiatives
  • Tracking school data management, and developing a data-literate staff and school community
  • Supporting teacher capability building, working effectively with both highly experienced educators and graduates to reduce variability in practice between classrooms
  • Lead ongoing and cyclic school assessment, preparing for upcoming Public School Review processes
