We are seeking to establish a pool of Manager Corporate Services for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2024 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The Manager Corporate Services is responsible for implementing sound consistent management and budgeting practices and systems. The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should also review current school financial practices, implement improvements, and have experience in using the Schools Resourcing System. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently with autonomy.

Suitable applicants will work with the Administration Support Team on delivering improved outcomes. As a member of the leadership team, the Manager Corporate Services will share the responsibility for inspiring and leading support staff in their commitment to the core values of the school and will provide strategic advice on financial and physical resourcing processes.

The Manager Corporate Services is intrinsically involved in the implementation of the school's Business Plan and the implementation of changes necessary for the progression of our priorities. The successful applicant should also have a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting and governance requirements relating to the role, and effectively display the ability to lead a team of school support staff.
