We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during Term 4, 2024 and up until the end of the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

The School Officer should provide key liaison and helps support co-ordination and delivery of administrative and customer focused support services within our school. The School Officer assists with student enrolment and data, travel bookings for staff and assists the student services team. You may also be required to co-ordinate and help plan workload management for yourself and other team members.

Suitable applicants will ideally have the skills and ability to support administration and management of financial and human resources within the school. You should focus on team work, self-motivation and model effective customer and administrative support. High level of interpersonal skills, oral and written communication and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel would be highly desirable.
