We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Sevenoaks is a unique senior college which offers specialised pathways to Year 11 and 12 students. We were established in 2000 and continue to build on our foundation ethos to provide pathways for students as they explore their future in our young adult learning environment. We are one of two such colleges in the metropolitan area.

The Role
The School Officer is responsible for completing administrative duties which include greeting all visitors, answering the telephone and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information, data entry of college enrolments and student attendance, faults management and handling incoming payments. The School Officer will be located in our college reception and be the first point of contact for our college
Suitable applicants should ideally have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our college and to interact with parents and the wider community. Strong time management skills will be needed to manage a varied and demanding workload. Applicants should demonstrate both effective and quality customer and administrative support, and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills, to work in collaboration with the administration team, college support staff, our college community and teaching staff.
