About the team
The Regulatory Reform team is responsible for overseeing the policy development and implementation of reforms across the local government, liquor and gambling sectors in line with government priorities and commitments. This includes extensive community, industry and government stakeholder consultation and engagement.
About the role

We have an exciting career opportunity as a Manager Cross-Sector Triage and Concierge within our newly established Cross-Sector Triage and Concierge Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining the regulatory approval process for DLGSC.
Streamline WA is an inter-agency WA Government project, designed to reduce red tape and provide a streamlined interface for WA businesses engaging with the WA State Government. The Cross-Sector Triage and Concierge Team is being established within Regulatory Reform to roll out the Streamline WA approach within DLGSC, and to assist in the streamlining and improvement of licensing, approvals and other services provided by the agency.
In this role you will lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. This role demands an adaptive leader who can influence and drive change effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in advancing Streamline WA’s initiatives and navigating DLGSC regulatory approvals.
- Drive meaningful change in assessment and approval processes.
- Foster a strong customer service ethic and develop a high-performing team.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and diversity.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across government, industry, and the community.
- Apply creative thinking and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes.

We have one, full-time fixed term position available until 30 June 2028 (with the possibility of extension and/or permanency).
