The Role
Dwellingup Primary School (PS) is seeking an enthusiastic, efficient and dynamic Manager Corporate Services (MCS) to join their friendly team.
The MCS is responsible for the leadership of the School Support Staff team and the management of day to day financial, physical, and human resource aspects of the school's business operations.
The successful applicant will ideally possess high-level oral, written, and interpersonal communication, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills You should also be able to work in a collaborative team environment and be committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders and developing strong community relationships and links.In depth knowledge of Department of Education financial, administrative and information systems to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and guidelines systems is highly desirable as well as the ability to provide operational input to financial planning and budgeting.
As MCS, you should have the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, using strong customer service principles to communicate effectively with staff, students, and the general school community. You should oversee business operations and work collaboratively with the leadership team to recruit, supervise, and manage support staff.
