About Strategy and Performance Accountability 

Strategy and Performance Accountability lead the development of organisational capability across the following functions:  

  • corporate governance and audit
  • strategic policy coordination
  • strategy and transformation (which includes project management and business improvement).  

It works collaboratively with partners across Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and government to deliver shared outcomes and benefits for our stakeholders. 

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your risk management and business continuity skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. Your contributions will enable DLGSC to apply best practice risk management principles and methodologies to meet its strategic objectives.

The Manager Risk and Business Continuity is responsible for the development and implementation of the DLGSC Risk Management Framework and coordinating the business continuity program. This position works across DLGSC to assist directorates in implementing strategies to increase the resilience of the organisation through the identification and management of risks, and planning for business continuance in the event of business disruption incidents.

We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.
