Thornlie Senior High School (SHS) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator – Student Services to join our administrative team.

The Role
As Program Coordinator – Student Services, the ideal candidate should have illustrated capacity the strategically monitor and support student attendance and engagement, oversee operational processes, and drive a highly effective pastoral care team. The successful applicant should be able to facilitate workforce effectiveness within the Student Services team, providing a role model for self-development to improve professional performance, collaborating with the Principal and members of the administrative team, and providing leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision. A working understanding of the 2023 Behaviour in School Policy is important for this role, and evidence of trauma informed practice, restorative approaches, and collaborative practice is desired.
