Your new role
We are seeking enthusiastic and
suitably experienced individuals to appoint to our Employee
Services Consultant and Recruitment Consultant roles.
This is a recruitment pool for Fixed Term Full Time appointments
with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and
Organisational Development Business Unit, the Employee Services
Consultant is responsible for delivering a highly responsive
customer focused appointment and contract variation service that
supports customers to fill vacancies and ensures services meet
customer needs and performance expectations by:
- Working in partnership with customers to deliver a
streamlined customer focussed, timely and efficient end to end
appointment service;
- Being the customer’s single point of contact
throughout the end to end direct appointment and employee
contract variation processes; and
- Processing the transactional components of end to end
direct appointments and employee contract variations.
The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for:
- Working in partnership with customers to deliver a
streamlined customer focused, timely and efficient end to end
recruitment service
- Being the customer’s single point of contact
throughout the end to end recruitment process.
- Processing the transactional components of end to end
recruitment activities, direct appointments and employee
contract variations.
- Providing an advisory service on recruitment, selection and
appointment processes in accordance with legislative and
regulatory frameworks governing public sector employment.
