About the role
The Workplace Health & Safety Officer (WHS Officer) as a member of the Work Health and Safety team will contribute to the development, implementation and review of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives and processes, that contribute to a healthy and safe work environment for all.
To be successful in the role you will be committed to continuously improve and implement change in Workplace, Health, and Safety by assisting with the implementation, coordination, and promotion of Central Regional TAFE’s WHS management systems. You will have well developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a keen eye for attention to detail. You will be prepared to undertake further training and mentoring in Workplace Health and Safety.

To be eligible for appointment applicants must have a working visa (for fixed term contract appointments) or permanent residency (for permanent appointments).
