We are seeking teaching staff who are passionate about developing life-long learners, who are team orientated, display self-awareness and problem-solving capabilities through self-reflective practices to improve their practice. We are looking for educators that have high expectations and strong relational skills to build positive connections with student, families, and the community.
Educators at Quinns Beach PS work in a professional learning environment with a defined instructional framework and whole school approaches reflective of the Department of Education’s, Teaching for Impact. Suitable applicants will work to further develop and embed our whole school programs and pedagogical approaches such as Literacy and Numeracy Blocks, Synthetic Phonics, Talk For Writing, Zones of Regulation and the Quinns Beach PS Positive Expectation Program. Suitable applicants that have the ability to utilise trauma informed practice, proactive behaviour strategies and restorative practices that support positive student outcomes are favourable.
Educators at Quinns Beach Primary School aim to build collaborative relationships with Aboriginal students, their families, and their community to improve educational outcomes.
