About the Role

VenuesWest is seeking experienced, Chefs, Cooks and Kitchenhands to join our Catering team at HBF Stadium. Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Chef is responsible for food preparation, stock ordering and management, and overseeing the cooks and kitchenhands to ensure a high standard of food quality and hygiene practices is maintained.

These casual roles are based at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont.

About the Person

Chefs should hold a relevant trade qualification and have previous experience in all areas of quality cooking and day to day running of a kitchen including assisting with purchasing, stock control and the supervision of staff. Experience in the production of food for large scale (500-2000 people) functions and events is desirable.

Kitchenhands with experience working in a café or large-scale catering operation will be desirable.
