Our strong vibrant and supportive learning community believes that “learning has no limits” for our students and our teachers. Our highly effective school is seeking high performance, team-oriented and knowledgeable teachers who have the ability to collaborate and actively support the pedagogy of the school- explicit instruction.

About the School
Dawson Park PS was opened in 1982. The school is set in a beautiful bush setting and offers a strong academic and pastoral environment for all students. Our learning community currently has almost 500 students and this is expected to grow in coming years with housing developments taking place within the school's intake area. Our dedicated and professional team strive to ensure the best learning outcomes for all our students. In our learning community parents are vital partners in the education of their child. Parents of Dawson Park students are supportive and work collaboratively with us. Our School Board is an active and knowledgeable group who represents the views of our parents and community. Parents also provide valuable help and support through the P&C in the operation of the canteen and uniform shop. They support the school financially by fundraising for resources that are vital for our teaching programs.
