About the Healthcare Quality Intelligence Unit
The Clinical Excellence Division is the focal point for clinical policy development, engagement with the clinical workforce and health research.
As a unit in the Clinical Excellence Division, the Healthcare Quality Intelligence Unit (HQIU) provides analysis to support front line clinical staff to improve the quality of patient care. Our team delivers value to patients and clinicians by using data to provide information about quality of patient care. It is critical that this information is built on a solid data analysis.
Your new role
We are seeking enthusiastic and suitably experienced individuals for the role of Senior Analyst.
As Senior Analyst you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and administering safety and quality indicators for our projects. Duties include (but not limited to):
- Drive the planning, development, and execution of safety and quality indicators, shaping the course of related projects within the team.
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into safety and quality data. Your ability to communicate and collaborate effectively will be key to success.
- Take responsibility for the publication of safety and quality information across authorised platforms, ensuring our audience stays informed and engaged.
- Design and implement robust data collection and management processes. You will oversee appropriate documentation, data analysis and reporting.
- Develop and oversee quality assurance processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our users, guiding them in the understanding and application of data and reports. Your expertise will help our users make informed decisions.
