Cecil Andrews College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 11 and 12 Coordinator (Secondary Teacher) to join their team. This is made up of 0.8FTE Year Coordinator role and 0.2FTE teaching component.
Interested candidates are invited to outline their vision for Senior School at Cecil Andrews College. This role and will require the successful applicant to be a motivated, dedicated and effective leader who ideally has exceptional interpersonal skills and will be proactive in implementing intervention strategies, and work successfully with external stakeholders to collaboratively support student academic and health and wellbeing outcomes.
The successful applicant will promote the school vision and facilitate evidence-based improvement strategies targeting student behaviour, attendance and academic performance, in line with the College Business Plan. They are focussed on supporting student success through a positive approach to student health and wellbeing and are instrumental in building a positive College culture for students, staff and parents.
It is highly desirable that the successful applicant has the ability to be flexible to work across a range of year groups throughout the College to meet the business needs of the school, and to embed the Student Services targets of our Business Plan.

This selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy. Applicants assessed as suitable during this selection process may be considered for other similar vacancies that occur throughout our school for up to 12 months following this initial appointment. This includes circumstances where this position becomes subsequently vacant should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position.

- Professional engagement.
