Kojonup District High School (KDHS) is seeking to establish a pool of Early Childhood Education (ECE) - Teachers for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2023 school year and up to the end of Term 3, 2023. Appointments can be made from the pool at any time for commencements within the 2023 school year, up to the end of Term 3, 2023.

Suitable applicants will display a strong knowledge of the WA Curriculum, the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards. You will be able to plan and teach in a collaborative environment with highly developed competencies in differentiating the curriculum.

Suitable applicants should ideally have a deep belief that every student is capable of growth through learning, exhibit highly effective teaching practices and display willingness to seek constant improvement in their own practice. This ECE teaching position presents a unique opportunity for the right applicant to come on board and contribute to the improvement journey of the Kojonup KDHS as we head into our next phase of our Strategic plan.

To be suitable for this role, you will need to demonstrate your competency against the following domains (that govern the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers):

  • Professional knowledge;
  • Professional practice; and
  • Professional engagement.
