Suitable applicants should display a deep commitment to developing positive and productive relationships with students, parents, and staff. They will embed a proactive and inclusive approach that includes individualised planning and the consistent application of low-key classroom management strategies, aligned to Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Effective and regular communication, underpinned by respect and trust, is important at Treeby PS.
Teaching in a new public primary school presents unique challenges that require a particular skill set and outlook. Of utmost importance are the personal qualities you bring to the role. Suitable applicants will build and maintain positive professional relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the wider community.
